Thanks for stopping by!

Hello! Welcome to the Jubilee Furniture blog where each week I (Susan) show you SOME of our current inventory. Our hope is you spy something you think you'd like and then make plans to stop in the store and check it out. It should be noted - our furniture often sells quickly!

Let's take a look!

we're starting off with this INCREDIBLE seven piece black leather theater sectional! Each piece has a locking bracket that keep them connected and secure to each other. The two ends recline. There's a storage drawer in the ottoman. Two cup holders AND a hidden storage spot in each of the "wedges." It's in EXCELLENT condition. The brand is Pallisar and it's from their Regent Collect. I found it here for $3,157 (starting price for leather). We're selling ours for $1,195 -
that's slightly more than 62% OFF retail price! Wow!

beautiful two tier metal and glass and mirror side table - in excellent condition and priced $75

Lane brand sofa - found two small spots (last two photos) - but otherwise in
very good condition and priced $155

Rowe brand oversize chair and ottoman - both in very good condition and priced $155

be still my heart! Two retro Henredon pieces - in a rich brown velvet. The sofa is priced $145 and the loveseat $125. Both have some small spots or slight issues with the velvet. Surprisingly
comfortable (often furniture from this period is very firm/hard)

excellent condition Smithe-Craft swivel rocker for $95

Crate & Barrel brand chair and ottoman - some slight staining on both piece (notice the slight darkening where you'd rest your head) but otherwise in very good condition and priced $195 for the set.
Last photo is simply showing you the variations of color in the upholstery

GORGEOUS 3' round glass top coffee table with a stunningly beautiful metal base for $265

sofa from the Lake Hickory Collection - in excellent condition and priced $155

gorgeous stone (marble?) top coffee table for $165. The stone is really beautiful!
Drawer pulls on each side are decorative (fyi)

Pottery Barn doesn't seem to make this exact dining table any more (which is too bad since I like it more than a lot of what they currently have on their website). Just to show you how much I love you - I crawled UNDER the table MULTIPLE times in order to figure out how it extends. When you're my age getting back UP from being down ain't so easy! Haha. Anyway - here's what I figured out. There are two long screw-like things (with black knobs) that you have to remove in order to pull out the part that supports the leaves on each end. Screw them tight to hold everything in place. The table measures 40" by 76" and each leaves is 22" wide. The table appears to be a bit shinier than the leaves (maybe from polish?). This is a stunningly beautiful table. Built in 09/2011 - so does have some nicks - but they add to the character of the table (in my opinion). Priced $895

fantastic Henredon sofa in very good condition for $255.
Price includes the two throw pillows

very nice wingback for $95

excellent condition sofa/entry table (finished on back side - fyi) with three drawers.
Measures: 20" by 5' and stands 32" tall. Priced $135

there's a table full of HUGE lamp shades that we're selling! Get 'em while the getting's good!

3' by 4' butcher block table for $195 - in very good condition. Six IKEA Tobias chairs - which might be the most comfortable dining chairs I've ever sat in (I love that you can gently rock in 'em) for $225 for all six. These retail for $79 EACH (here they are in a clear but ours are "smoked").
Our price is almost 53% OFF the retail price!

lovely two piece hutch - measures: 63" across by 17 1/2" deep and stand 79" tall.
Some scratches but overall a very beautiful piece of furniture! Priced $95

I have THREE things today I think are priced EXTRA low and here's the first (interestingly - of the two things I showed you in the last two weeks - they're gone now! Well done!). This 4' round pedestal table has two 14" wide leaves and is in excellent condition and priced only $25! I THINK the low price has to do with two things: 1) super dark stain and 2) super shiny finish. How easy would it be to strip and re-stain and refinish? It would be quite a job - thus the low price tag!

around my $25 pedestal table are four dining chair that all need to be cleaned!
FYI. Priced $35 for all four

oak chest for $145

solid walnut dresser w/mirror and protect glass - in very good condition for $125

oak chest from Young Hinkle in excellent condition for $125

so sweet - Drexel lighted, two piece secretary for $165

okay here are the second pieces I think are priced super low - two - two door "pantry" storage units. They're about 5' tall and not super wide, not heavy and tape took the finish off - so priced $10 each

and then here's the third thing - two hand built, heavy, solid, well made shelving pieces. Also $10 each. I was hot and tired by the time I found these and I didn't have my tape measure with me so I can't give you dimensions (sorry). Shelves are NOT adjustable and the bottom part is sort like a cubby. Like you could put something that rolls in there and it wouldn't roll out because the front piece blocks the bottom (does that makes sense?). I could easily see these in a playroom, pantry, garage or basement - SO MANY PLACES! The shelves appear to be able to support quite a bit of weight

And that, dear reader, brings us to the end of this week's installment of the Jubilee Furniture blog! Take care! Wear a mask! Be safe!
