Today I wanted to introduce you to Donna Seiberlich - our assistant store manager at both our Carol Stream and Lombard stores - but when I tried to snap her photo last Thursday she asked if I'd wait until she had some makeup on - and our two schedules haven't overlapped since then! Haha! So Donna will have to wait!
Instead, let's get right into some of the wonderful things I spied at our Carol Stream store yesterday when I was taking photos! Remember, these pieces are only a small percentage of our current inventory and - as always - we have a second store in Lombard that's brimming with goodness too!

there is something about this dining set that I absolutely love! Henredon Pan Asian, walnut table (42" square) with three leaves (each 15" wide) and six chairs. I did notice one of the curved pieces that connect the legs has been repaired (seems solidly done but it's just so obvious). FYI. Otherwise, normal wear (especially along the back of the chairs where you'd pull them out). Donor provided additional fabric that matches the seat cushions AND there are table pads too! Having been born and raised in Illinois - I should be used to our crazy weather, dear reader - but I'm still often surprised and amazed by the extremes we have within a short period of time! I also wonder what people - who live where the weather is fairly consistent - chat about with others throughout their day? In that regard - Illinois never fails to provide you with something to say! Obviously, nothing earth shattering but a small connection that helps remind us we're in this thing together (which, actually, can be extremely important and very helpful - in my opinion).
