Welcome! As is often my reality - it's much later on Wednesday than I'd like to be just starting to add comments to the photos I snapped yesterday of a few pieces that caught my eye at our Carol Stream store! So, let's get right to it!
two matching retro "guest" chairs from National Business Furniture Co. Both are in really very good (dare I say, "excellent"?) condition and are priced $20 each! Woot!
lovely deep red ultra-suede loveseat AND two throw pillows in very good condition and priced $95
either I missed something that's wrong with this Lazboy brand blue micro-suede chair and
ottoman or it's priced way cheap (in my opinion) at $65 for both pieces! You know
I'm pretty good at spotting any issues and I'd say both are in excellent condition!
Ethan Allen pale green loveseat - in very good condition - priced $175
incredible Johnson Furniture Co. writing desk (though I think this was originally a make-up table - there are two small holes in the top of the "desk" and I think some type of mirror went there). Regardless, it's so, so fantastic! Priced $225. Measures: 17 1/2" by 42 1/2" and stands 30" tall
and then on either side of the fabulous Johnson Furniture Co. piece are TWO matching Crate & Barrel chairs! I did spy a wee hole in one of the arms (see 4th photo down) but, overall, in
good condition. Chairs are each priced $175
I used to tell my kids (who are now in their thirties!) to pretend the queen was having dinner with us and to please behavior as one would if she were at the table. These two matching, slightly oversized, wingback chairs seem like the sort royalty would sit in! They are in excellent condition and priced $125 each. Oh - and in case you're wondering how effective my "queen at the dinner table" statement was at correcting behavior - the answer is completely INEFFECTIVE. It actually probably made their behavior more unbecoming and ridiculous until we'd just start laughing!
there's something about this "lunch room vibe" coffee table that I love! Haha! Measures: 3' square and is 19" tall. The top LOOKS like metal - but it isn't. Probably some type of composite board.
In very good condition and priced $75
McCreary Modern (made for Room & Board) loveseat - part of their Jasper Collection. Retails for $1,799. Our price? $695 - in pristine, like new, condition EXCEPT missing the black material
that would normally cover the bottom of the piece
set of four swivel stools for $55 for all. Measures: 25" from floor to the top of the seat!
we'll end with these two matching pieces which are really beautiful! We have a long dresser
(no mirror) for $125 and then a clothing/storage armoire for $225
