I'm excited to share we're doing another Buy One Get One Free sale that includes décor, throw pillows, mirrors and jewelry (some exceptions - and this sale does NOT include furniture, lamps, area rugs and artwork). I was in two different meetings yesterday which is unusual and caused a pileup of donation inquiries that left me little time to snap photos. So, though I don't have lots to share - what I do have is very, very good and please know there's so much more so I hope you can stop in and check it out! 

this is an incredible living room set! Truly it looks like new! We have a sofa that has an extra seat cushion that's a one piece bench cushion if you want to swap out the two cushions currently on the sofa that's priced $850. Two matching side chairs are $450 each and the ottoman is $100. OR buy all four pieces for $1,600 and SAVE $250! Wow! Younger Furniture is the brand and these pieces are part of their "Michael" Collection. All hand built, quality pieces! Double wow!

I'll close with the alarming news that two weeks from today is Christmas, dear reader! Though I don't buy a lot of gifts these days - I do have two adult children who both have partners I adore so that's four people I want to buy SOMETHING for and I've purchased nothing and have no idea what they want. Maybe I should get cracking?! Haha!

excellent condition twin over full size bunkbed system by Flexsteel. Stairs on one end with lots of great storage and then two drawers underneath (that aren't on any track - just roll in and out a bit willy-nilly). Priced $485. USED full size mattress in excellent condition for $155

elegant Schnadig brand sofa in great condition and priced $255

this walnut console from Room & Board (part of their Hudson Collection) is stunning! It has a walnut base (there's a metal base option but this is wood) and it was donated to us because the base needed repair. Repair completed and now this absolutely gorgeous piece is ready to be a showstopper in your home! Retails for $2,899 and we're selling this one for $1,695! That's a saving of $1,204!

I had to really search for the "tear" in the fabric on the arm of this Stickley brand sofa - but I found it! Haha! Last photo - it's really not noticeable BUT it does impact what we can sell it for -
