I need to speak to the manager - how is it possible one week from today is Christmas?!

You all seem to really like our Buy One Get One Free sale  - so we're continuing it for a second week! Remember this sale ONLY includes: décor, throw pillows, mirrors and jewelry (and even with that list there are some exceptions). So - to be super clear - the sale DOES NOT include furniture, lamps, area rugs and artwork. And then you'll see a bunch of toys in the store this week - and the sale does NOT include these toys! 

Toys? Since when does Jubilee Furniture have toys? EXCELLENT question! Outreach Carol Stream hosts a Christmas Store every year and whatever is left after the store wraps up is then sold at Jubilee Furniture. Here are photos I snapped while Connie and Teresa where organizing things. These are BRAND NEW toys and other gifts and are priced much less than retail. 

So, lots going on at Jubilee Furniture this week! 

Quick reminder that NEXT week we'll be CLOSED on Wednesday, December 25th (Merry Christmas) and then open our normal hours Thursday, Friday (both days from 10 am to 8 pm) and Saturday (from 9 am to 4 pm)! I also won't have a new blog post next week due to the holiday!

this is a beautiful "butterfly" chair in excellent condition and priced $185

excellent condition Walter E. Smithe "boxy" sofa priced $425. I included the 

price tag photo so you can see the fabric (which I think is very cool!)

gorgeous glass top coffee table with beautiful "gold" base! Measures: 29 1/2" by 49" 

and stands 17" tall. In excellent condition and priced $165

Connie has a "careful when opening" sign on this piece because you have to anchor it to your wall to make sure it doesn't tip over! Measures: 16" by 54" and stands 76" tall and is priced $135

another very nice bookcase/storage piece! This time a TWO piece six drawer dresser with a bookcase hutch. Measures: 17" by 69" and stands 89" tall. Priced $185

having an overnight guest this holiday season and need a comfortable spot for them to sleep? 

This denim futon with a wood frame might be just the ticket! Priced $85

very nice FIVE piece sectional WITH STORAGE ottoman! There are a number of spots, dirty 

smudges that need to be cleaned (the whole thing really needs to be cleaned) 

but overall a fantastic sectional! Priced $425

excellent condition, corduroy loveseat for $95

cool leather bench (19" by 45" by 19" tall) for $45

STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS Room & Board KING size storage platform bed (so no box springs needed) from their Hudson Collection - in walnut - which retails for $4,099. Gulp. Our price is still a lot of money at $1,995 but that's HALF OFF THE RETAIL PRICE - and that's nothing to sneeze at! USED king size mattress for $245. I showed you this walnut Room & Board dresser (from the Emerson Collection) about a month ago and it looks so nice with the bed that I have to showcase it again!

Retails for $2,899 and ours is priced $1,450 (and one of the legs was repaired)

I'm excited to share we're doing another Buy One Get One Free sale that includes décor, throw pillows, mirrors and jewelry (some exceptions - and this sale does NOT include furniture, lamps, area rugs and artwork). I was in two different meetings yesterday which is unusual and caused a pileup of donation inquiries that left me little time to snap photos. So, though I don't have lots to share - what I do have is very, very good and please know there's so much more so I hope you can stop in and check it out! 

this is an incredible living room set! Truly it looks like new! We have a sofa that has an extra seat cushion that's a one piece bench cushion if you want to swap out the two cushions currently on the sofa that's priced $850. Two matching side chairs are $450 each and the ottoman is $100. OR buy all four pieces for $1,600 and SAVE $250! Wow! Younger Furniture is the brand and these pieces are part of their "Michael" Collection. All hand built, quality pieces! Double wow!

Tons of storage and in excellent condition! Priced $695 - I found a similar Baker piece that's selling for $3,495 on eBay

I'll close with the alarming news that two weeks from today is Christmas, dear reader! Though I don't buy a lot of gifts these days - I do have two adult children who both have partners I adore so that's four people I want to buy SOMETHING for and I've purchased nothing and have no idea what they want. Maybe I should get cracking?! Haha!
