this is a STUNNING Ethan Allen navy blue leather sofa in excellent condition (I spotted two minor "dings" in the leather and took photos of them and you can hardly see the issues)! I couldn't find this exact sofa on their website but here's a kind of similiar one ON SALE FOR $3,760

(in other words - these sofas ain't cheap). We're selling ours for $1,000

beautiful two drawer (you can open the drawers on either side) coffee table in

excellent condition for $195. Measures: 26" by 50"

this is a super sweet glass top, metal base table (measures: 30 1/2" by 54") and four chairs and is priced $185. There are two small chips in the glass on two corners of the table but overall this is a lovely set! It should be noted you can't pull chairs up to either end of this table (there are support bars

at the base that would prohibit a chair from being pulled under the table)

this is a fabulous gray faux leather chair that looks to be in excellent condition and priced $125.

Next to it is a very nice floor lamp for $40

WONDERFUL Room and Board couch where the bottom PULLS out and then a part POPS UP to create a sleeping surface! Just found the sofa online and R&B calls it a Pop-Up Platform Sleeper (I think ours is from their Oxford Collection and retails for $2,499). Ours is in excellent condition except for one small issue. There's an interior wood frame that forms the "pop up" part of the bed and the lower part of that frame - I think - is broken (it's covered by upholstery - so you can't see it but you can feel it). It's the lower piece on the right side as you're looking at the sofa. Connie, Jon and I were discussing it last night and here's what we think. You know how you can buy a metal bracket that connects two pieces together? If you attached something like that directly to the underside of the part that's broken - WE THINK - it would provide the support you'd need and be fine. Does that make sense? We originally had a $725 price tag on this piece but due to the issue dropped the price to $495! Jon mentioned this is a FANTASTIC sofa and you never have to open the bed part -

or just sleep on the sofa part - which is true!

cool and unique coffee table - 3' in diameter - priced $95

this is a really pretty green color sofa in very good condition and priced $125 (on my computer the up-close photo more accurately represents the correct color green than the two pulled back photos)

GORGEOUS Thomasville loveseat in excellent condition for $225

media console (measures: 52" by 22" at it's deepest) in very good condition for $125

Kincaid brand table with two leaves that pull out on either end and six chairs (two with arms). One of the four arm-less chairs has tan upholstery (the other three are red). FYI. Table measures: 46" x 6' and the pull out leaves add another 20". Some wear but overall a really lovely set and priced $255

two painted antique side tables (nightstands?) in good condition and priced $95 each.

Measure:16" x 1' and stand 27" tall

OH MY GOODNESS - this is an incredible mid-century modern set that includes: desk with chair for $250; taller chest for $250; long dresser with mirror for $250; full size headboard, footboard, side rails and slats for $145. Everything is in very good condition! Want to buy the whole set? Total price would be $895 but we have a deal for you of $825 IF you buy everything listed - so you save $70! Woot!
