Though I confess January isn't my favorite month of the year - I'm loving the sunshine we've had the last few days!
And honestly, these cold winter months are a perfect time to look around the house and think about cozying things up, making some changes or finally replacing that dresser with a drawer that doesn't open or close properly and it's been driving you crazy for years (or is that just me? Haha!).

this is an extremely cool entry/sofa table with two benches AND the two benches have top inserts that you can easily flip from padded to wood! LOVE the versatility! In excellent condition.

stunning Walter E. Smithe media cabinet! Tons of storage for all the things! Haha! Measures: 21" by 90" and stands 34" tall. There's what looks like a slight nail pop on the top (second photo) and a scratch or two in the black finish but this is a fantastic, solid (meaning heavy) piece! Priced $225
lofted twin size bed that has a desk on one end and drawers/shelves on the other. Another twin size bed which is on wheels and easily rolls around (if you want it to) fits under the loft but perpendicular to it. All in very good condition and priced $325 (mattresses are sold separately)
lacquered dresser with mirror from designer Roger Rougier - in good condition! Second to last photo shows some fading in an area on the top of the dresser (photo not the best, sorry) but otherwise this is a stunning piece with six deep drawers that open easily and well! Priced $225
gorgeous antique (I think?) wardrobe - needs some adjusting (have to lift door in order to close it completely). Shelves and a large drawer and there's a rod at the top too! Priced $375.

GORGEOUS Bermex International (made in Canada) 48" round table with one 18" leaf and four chairs - in excellent condition! Solid, well built - really a beautiful set! Priced $495
I love ticking fabric and this wingback by Schnadig is so sweet! Alas, on both back edges the fabric is slightly scratched but otherwise in good condition and priced $55
good condition recliner for $75
excellent condition sofa that opens to a bed (back folds down) for $185
we don't accept many desks simply because no one is buying them these days - but this is a really beautiful one that measures: 28" by 54" and is only $65!
and then this sweetie is 18" by 46" and priced $45
(very uneven in how wood stain was applied - fyi)
and then this two piece beauty is 30" by 66 1/2" and is 73" tall -
