Grab a beverage refill and get comfortable!

Since I was off last week I have a LOT to show you - so get ready for a LONG post! Let's get started!

really pretty standing mirror - love the details! In excellent condition and priced $125

full OR queen size headboard, footboard and side rails - lovely creamy white! Third photo down is showing you the how you can make the bed either full size or queen size (just depends on where you put the side rails). In good condition and priced $195. Matching nightstand - a few marks
on the top but overall a solid piece. Priced $65

we have an IKEA Fyresal daybed (black metal) that pulls out and you have either two twin size beds next to each other - or could be the width of a king mattress (though not as long as a king). Priced $175. Tag mentions some missing clips and there are some extra rods - but I couldn't figure out where they'd go and what clips are missing! Two twin size mattresses - from IKEA - priced $40 each (they're very thin - FYI). Oh and the bolster is priced $25 and needs to be vacuumed but otherwise in good condition

speaking of IKEA - we have a metal twin size loft bed in excellent condition and priced $145. It looks like they don't sell this exact style any longer (which is too bad because it's very attractive) but
here's a similar one and it's priced $269

and then I spent WAY TOO MUCH time trying to figure out this futon - haha! The back has two recline positions and then you can fold it flat and the the front support bar folds down and the other section (that's currently under the seat support) folds OUT and the whole thing lies flat and - voila - you have a full size bed! Priced $95 and the cover of the futon could use a wash (but it's not terrible)

Stanley brand dresser with two mirrors for $125. There is some places on the dresser where the finish is chipping off. Matching clothing armoire is also $125 and I didn't notice chipping finish on this piece BUT it is missing one of the pulls on the doors (the pull is there but you'd have to weld it back to fix it)

absolutely LOVE this Cushman Colonial Creation dresser! In very good condition and priced $125. Note that on the right side what looks like two shallow drawers is actually one deeper one and it has dividers in it to make keeping things neat and tidy easy! Also has a divider in the middle of the two top drawers (I love that attention to detail!). And look at that hardware!

*prepare for EXTRA blabbing here*

this is a STUNNING walnut table from Room & Board's Ventura Extension Collection. It is truly gorgeous! The extension is super easy to insert since it's under the table and with a simple push - swings up and opens into place! I could add the leaf by myself and also tuck it away myself. Easy peasy. Without the leaf - table measures: 42" by 84" and with the 24" leaf extends to 108" so plenty of seating for the whole gang! Retails for $3,299 we're selling this one for $1,995 - that's almost 40% OFF retail price! The only issue I could find was a small ding in the "apron" of the table (last photo - for the life of me I could NOT get my camera to focus on the ding!) otherwise in excellent condition!

you know I'm very transparent about things - so I freely admit my ignorance when it comes to fine china. Jean and Joe - who are responsible for all of our "smalls" - recently received a donation of a set plus extra pieces of embossed Queen's Ware Wedgewood. All looks to be in pristine condition. The cups are in the padded storage container. We're selling the whole kit and caboodle for $395. Yes, that's a lot of money but, apparently, it's a super good deal (if you're into fine china!)

this is such a cool, unique and special table! It's glass top (measures: 42" by 6") and as a base that has elephants marching around it and it's really special! Glass and base look to be in
perfect condition and it's priced $295

four Hitchcock chairs - in good condition (a bit wobbly) - priced $125 for all four

oh my goodness! This is an INCREDIBLE Habersham brand two piece Asian inspired china cabinet that's absolutely amazing! It measures: 15" deep by 59" across and stands 79" tall.
In excellent condition and priced $295

another fantastic Room & Board piece! This time their Float Adjustable Standing Desk - in walnut and measures: 48" by 30" and adjusts from 27" (sitting) to 47" (standing). I had no problem adjusting this desk down but then I couldn't adjust back up! Maybe I'm losing my strength? Retails for $3,049 and we're selling ours for $675. It took me forever to calculate the saving on the dining table so all I'll say here is that's a LOT CHEAPER than the retail price! Haha!
Top is pristine (and the wood is truly gorgeous)

two matching adjustable chairs/stools - priced $135 each and both look like new!

really lovely teal color micro-suede loveseat in excellent condition and priced $295

beautiful reupholstered wingback chair in good condition (upholstered is excellent but I was told there's an issue with a spring? You should check it out if interested). Priced $65

Smithe-Craft plaid wingback chair in excellent condition and priced $125

floral Smithe-Craft loveseat also in excellent condition and priced $145

The Alan White Company loveseat for $75 and matching sofa for $125.
Both are in very good condition!

we're selling this solid wood storage bench WITH a particleboard coffee table that definitely didn't come from the same manufacturer - but they are both painted black and kind of look similar? Don't shoot the messenger, folks. Bench measures: 17" by 56" and the table is 19 1/2" by 32 1/2" by 15" tall and the price is $165 for both pieces! One back corner where the paint has chipped off but overall the bench is in good condition. Table is NOT a quality piece of furniture - FYI

just like the futon I showed you earlier - I spent a LONG TIME figuring out this Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa with chaise that can be used on either side! It's a tan micro-suede and, overall, in very good condition (could use a good vacuuming). All the cushions are designed to kind of "tuck" into the mattress/frame to keep everything secure. It's actually pretty ingenious. I can't find anything like this currently on their website (kind of futz-y and people don't want to futz?). I couldn't extend the mattress out completely simply because there wasn't room - but looks like a very nice (probably is firm) mattress (better than most sleeper sofa mattresses) - again, needs to be vacuumed. The flexibility of having the chaise on either end is super nice! Priced $495. Oh, and the
ottoman piece opens and there's storage! Woot!

two matching Cody Road Workshops game tables! Measure: 20" square and stand 27" tall.
A bit wobbly and there's some wear on table top but overall nice tables! Priced $35 each

two "Masterpieces" by Fogle Furniture Co. - they are quite elegant! Once is priced $55
and the other $45 (and has fraying on the seat cushion - last photo)

speaking of wobbly - here's our final little side table and it's a bit wobbly and has some damage on the top but it's also priced $15 and could be a great project if you're so inclined!

It's almost noon, dear reader - and I started this post hours ago! Yikes! I should change the title to "grab some lunch and get comfortable." Haha! Take care!
