As if this past year doesn't have us all a bit discombobulated (I have to think - embarrassingly hard - multiple times a day to remember what day it is) - starting TODAY (Wednesday, 05/05) Jubilee Furniture is open from 1 pm to 8 pm! Yes - it's a good thing so why am I whining?
Because there are some "growing pains" we haven't quite figured out - starting with the blog. Our amazing design team - who truly work magic each week - is coming in Wednesday morning to...work their magic! I need several hours to take photos, upload 'em, write descriptions and provide this weekly update post. There aren't several hours between when the team will be done and the store opens. So, I went up to the store yesterday to see what I could see and snap some photos of "new" inventory that wasn't there last week. The place was a mess and there was a lot of "new" inventory that hadn't been priced and was still on dollies waiting for the design team. I worked around these pieces.
So, what follows are a few things that caught my eye. We are crazy bursting at the seams with inventory and there were some stunning pieces still on dollies - that I can tell you!

Again, what follows are a few furniture items currently in the store but there are LOTS more:
this is a GORGEOUS table in excellent condition! Measures: 2' by 40" and stand 29" tall
and is priced $125
the glare from the front window makes my photos hard to see but this is a super cute "shabby chic" wine holder! Measures: 28" by 21" and stands 63" tall and is priced $125 and in very good condition
two piece leather sectional with just the right amount of wear (in my opinion) - priced $435
beautiful glass top coffee table (measures: 25" x 4' and stand 18" tall) with a metal base -
in excellent condition and priced $65
this is where the mess made things hard because I couldn't open up this Bassett table to look at (and show you) the self-storing leaf - but this is a table 54" by 3' with one self -storing leaf (couldn't even measure it) and four chairs (two with arms) for $175. There are some small marks on the table and the chairs. Then a matching two piece hutch for $145. Again, there are some marks on the hutch (last photo) and the second to last photo shows where one of the doors needs to be re-glued but otherwise this is a very pretty set (I love the rusty red color!)
this is a Twin Star model # 28EF020GRA electric vent free fireplace with heater (I found the manual online here) - in excellent condition and fully operational! Priced $225. Measures: 21" by 5' by 40" tall
