For our regular shoppers - you've been watching a large addition (attached to the west side of our building) slowly coming together for months (and months and months) and are probably wondering what's going on? Great question! I would love to tell you (haha - any Elyse Myers' fans?).
Though the two story addition will evolve over time (specifically, classrooms and offices for our Employee Opportunity Center participants and staff will be going in) initially most of it will be used for additional SHOWROOM and WAREHOUSE space and we could not be happier! Though we haven't completely finalized the set up - Connie shared with me yesterday that we'll be moving bedroom "land" into the new space which will allow us to SET UP beds so that you can ACTUALLY SEE THEM (novel concept!). Haha! I'm not sure what's going into current bedroom land but our design team is hard at work thinking through the best use of all our existing showroom space in order to provide AN EVEN BETTER shopping experience for you!
All that to say - things were a bit crazy when I was snapping photos yesterday so I don't have a lot to share. I know Connie was planning on arriving super early on Wednesday to try and straighten some things out - but here's what bedroom land looked like yesterday:

they took the racks out of current bedroom land which meant all the
furniture had to be pushed to one side! Yikes!
BUT - all is not lost! I did get photos of some wonderful pieces! Let's take a look!

then look at this incredible Ardley Hall coffee table! Tray top lifts off (so you could put snacks and beverages on it in the kitchen and then bring it all out at once!). Measures: 31" by 41" and stands
19 1/2" tall. There are some blemishes in the finish on the tray
but overall a very nice piece! Priced $125
we have two of these metal/wire stools? end tables? - could be used either way! Surprisingly comfortable to perch on! Level enough that you could put a drink or plate on top. Both in excellent condition. Measure: 14" round (at the top - so wider in the middle) and stand 19" tall. Priced $75 each
