I absolutely LOVE how the addition to our showroom (accessed through what we formerly called "bedroom land") is giving the store breathing space! It's simple - there's more room so we can spread out a bit which allows the furniture to really shine!
And shine it does! I have some really amazing things to share today AND (as always) the following photos are a fraction of what's available! Let's take a look!
speaking of the new space - this incredible bedroom set is found in the new space. It's an American Signature brand set that includes: two nightstands (priced $175 each); king size headboard, footboard and side rails (priced $495, Serta brand I Series king size mattress is $295 and I'm not sure the price of the set of king size box springs - sorry!); and a large dresser with mirror ($375). I spied some small nicks (that should be easy to cover up with a little touch up stain) but overall this set is in
excellent condition! The set (NOT including mattress and box spring) total $1,220
BUT we have a "buy it all" price of $1,100 (so you save $120 bucks! Woot!)
Thomasville TALL chest of drawers for $325 - piece is in excellent condition! Matching dresser (no mirror) for $165. The back of the dresser is damaged and there's also some damage on the top (last photo) but otherwise in good condition (I especially like the organizer in one of the drawers!)
solid coat tree that even has a small spot to drop your keys! Priced $30
Alan White brand eggplant color loveseat - some wear but overall in good condition and priced $125
two matching swivel rockers - both are in very good condition - I LOVE the
expressionistic look of the floral fabric! Priced $65 each

Yes - there's a stain where someone rested their head - but OH MY GOODNESS - this JE Ekornes (made in Norway) leather recliner and ottoman are INCREDIBLE! They typically
go for over $1,000 but we're selling ours for $295
I screen out all upholstered furniture if donor has pets - and though I didn't see any pet hair ON either this chair or matching sofa - there are definitively some kitty cat scratches on both pieces. It's not terrible and the pattern of the upholstery makes it hard to even notice - but if you look closely you can see where there are some pulls in the fabric. Again, other than that - in very good condition. Walter E. Smithe brand chair is priced $95 and matching sofa is $225

these are FABULOUS gray flannel (I think the fabric is flannel - it's certainly flannel like!) modern, clean lines recliners! One of them has some slight fading and a small discoloration but otherwise both of them are in very good condition. One is priced $125 and the other $85 which makes me think I missed something with the cheaper chair (but it fully reclined and really looked good - in my opinion!)
